A meeting of the Exmoor Local Access Forum will be held in the Classroom, Wimbleball Lake, nr Brompton Regis (Wimbleball Lake map,(PDF, 298kb)) on Wednesday, 20 April 2005 at 6 pm.
The meeting will be open to the press and public in accordance with the provisions of reg. 7 of The Local Access Forums (England) Regulations 2002 (under s 94 and 95 of the Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000).
#There is a Public Question Time at this meeting. The details are given at the end of the agenda.
Prior to the meeting, there will be an informal site visit to Wimbleball Lake, where staff from the South West Lakes Trust will take members to locations around the Lake to explain the recreational and leisure facilities existing and those proposed for the future. They will also give a short presentation in the Classroom. If any members of the public would like to attend, they should please contact the Forum’s Secretary on the above email or telephone number.

(2) To note the content of a further letter from a member of the West Somerset Bridleways Association concerning RUPP (Road Used as a Public Path) DU 6/19, which runs from west Howetown to the A396 (Battleton Brake) (Item6(2) (PDF, 201kb)). - Annual Report 2004/05
To agree the content of the Forum’s Annual Report for 2004/05 (draft report – Item7, (PDF, 136kb)). (NB. The report will be adjusted to include items from this meeting and re-circulated to members for comment prior to its being presented to the National Park Authority on 7 June 2005). - Somerset County Council – Rights of Way Improvement Plan Update
To note the attached update from Peter Hobley, Rights of Way Project Officer with Somerset County Council (Item8, (PDF, 107kb)). - Exmoor Local Access Forum LogoTo consider a possible Logo for the Forum.

- Date of the Next Meeting(s) and Agenda Items(s)The date of the next meeting is provisionally set for Wednesday, 29 June 2005 at 6 pm at the Moorland Hall, Wheddon Cross, preceded at 4 pm by a site visit to Putham Lane to see the improvements made to the RUPP (Road Used as a Public Path).

#Public Question Time
There is a public question time at the Forum’s meetings to allow members of the public to ask questions or make statements on items on the agenda.
The timing of public questions during the meetings and the amount of time allotted to them is at the Chairman of the Forum’s discretion.
Notice of public questions should be submitted in writing three working days before the Forum’s meetings but, at the Chairman of the Forum’s discretion, there will also be the opportunity for public questions to be notified and made during meetings where they relate to specific matters raised during debate.
