A meeting of the Exmoor National Park Authority will be held in the Committee Room, Exmoor House, Dulverton, on Tuesday 7 January 2003 at 12 noon or later on the rising of the Planning Committee.
The meeting will be open to the press and public subject to the passing of any resolution under s.100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972.

- There will be feedback from a meeting with the Minister for Rural Affairs, Rt Hon Alun Michael held on 4 December 2002 (attended by the Chairman, Second Deputy Chairman and the National Park Officer), and discussion on the approach to be taken regarding future meetings with Government Ministers.
