A meeting of the Exmoor National Park Authority will be held in the Committee Room, Exmoor House, Dulverton, on Tuesday 7 September 2004 at 2 pm.
The meeting will be open to the press and public subject to the passing of any resolution under s.100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972.

- The National Park Officer to update members on recent Authority membership changes.
- To consider whether to make comments to Defra’s consultation on reducing the number of members on the Authority (copy letter from the Minister for Rural Affairs and Local Environmental Quality and Defra’s consultation paper attached – Paper A (PDF, 489KB))
- ANPA Conference 2004 – ‘Rising to the Challenge’- 22-24 September: Members not attending the Conference are asked to indicate whether they would like to join the Exmoor tours on 23 September – details attached – Paper B (PDF, 193KB) (NB. It is likely that any members wishing to attend will need to use their own transport).
- Resources Committee: To receive the Minutes of the meeting of the Resources Committee held on 20 July 2004 - Paper C (PDF, 97KB).
- Exmoor Consultative Forum: To receive the Minutes of the meeting of the Exmoor Consultative Forum held on 16 June 2004 - Paper D (PDF, 613KB).
- National Park Grant: The National Park Officer to give a presentation and provide feedback on the Authority’s bid for additional National Park Grant funding.
- Members’ Reports: To receive any updates and reports on meetings and events attended by Members as representatives of the Authority.
