A meeting of the Exmoor National Park Authority will be held in the Committee Room, Exmoor House, Dulverton, on Tuesday 19 July 2005 at 10.30 am.
The meeting will be open to the press and public subject to the passing of any resolution under s.100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972.

- Minutes: (1) To approve as a correct record the Minutes of the Authority’s meeting held on 7 June 2005 (Item 4 attached (PDF, 52kb)) (2) To consider any Matters Arising.
- Public Question Time: The Chairman will allow members of the public to ask questions, make statements or present a petition on any matter on the Agenda for this meeting.
- Appointments: To consider appointing members to represent the Authority on the following bodies:- (1) Somerset County Council’s Environment Scrutiny Sub-Committee (NB. A temporary appointment of Mr Collins was made at the Planning Committee’s meeting on 5 July 2005 so that the Authority could be represented at the meeting of the Sub- Committee held on 11 July 2005). (2) The Lynton and Lynmouth Traffic Management Group.
- Merging of the Exmoor Consultative Forum with the Exmoor District and Parish Forum: To consider whether to merge these two bodies and, if this is agreed, to appoint the Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the new Forum. The Forums discussed the principle of merger at their June 2005 meetings and unanimously supported the proposal. It was sugge sted at the Consultative Forum’s meeting that the new Forum be called the Exmoor Consultative and Parish Forum.
