A meeting of the Exmoor National Park Authority will be held in the Committee Room, Exmoor House, Dulverton, on Tuesday 27th April 2004 at 2 pm.

The meeting will be open to the press and public subject to the passing of any resolution under s.100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972.

  2. Declarations of Interest:
    Members are asked to declare any interests they may have in relation to items on the agenda for this meeting.
    (NB. When verbally declaring interests, members are also asked to complete the Disclosure of Interests at Meetings form – copy attached for members only).
  3. Chairman’s Announcements, including the marking of Brian Pearce’s 25th anniversary of working for the Authority and its predecessor. He will be present at the meeting.
  4. Minutes:
    1. To approve as a correct record the Minutes (PDF, 117kb) of the meeting of the Authority held on 3 February 2004 (copy attached).
    2. To consider Matters Arising.
  5. Public Question Time: The Chairman will allow members of the public to ask questions, make statements or present a petition on any matter on the Agenda for this meeting.
  6. Sustainable Development Group (previously Sustainability Group): At the last meeting (3 February 2004), the Authority appointed Roger Martin and Mark Robins to serve on this Group (with Ann Clitheroe as deputy). Mark Robins has, however, decided to stand down, so members are asked to appoint a replacement.
  7. Resources Committee: To receive the Minutes of the meeting of the Resources Committee held on 2 March 2004 (Paper A (PDF, 329kb)).
  8. To consider the report by the Chairman of the Standards Committee (Paper B (PDF, 269kb)).
  9. County Gate Development Project: To consider the report of the Head of Education and Interpretation (Paper C (PDF, 166kb)).
