Exmoor National Park contains one of the highest concentrations of standing stones and stone settings within the UK. These Neolithic and Early Bronze Age sites are some of the National Park’s oldest monuments. Many of the stones stand under 0.5m tall, hidden within peaty soils and thick vegetation. Join us as part of a team to help locate and survey the condition of these stones so we can enhance the records held on the Exmoor National Park’s Historic Environment Record (
