A meeting of the Planning Committee will be held in the Committee Room, Exmoor House, Dulverton on Tuesday 5 June 2007 at 10.30 am.


The meeting will be open to the press and public subject to the passing of any resolution under s.100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972.


There is a Public Question Time at this meeting, where the Chairman will allow members of the public to ask questions, make statements or present a petition on any matter on the agenda. Questions are taken with each item, mostly following an introductory presentation by an Officer.
