Open Meeting
“We are looking forward to the chance to talk about the work we do and respond to questions people have about the National Park’s work and policies” says Dr Nigel Stone, chief executive of Exmoor National Park Authority.
On Thursday 29 September the Authority is to hold an Open Meeting in Porlock Village Hall with a drop in session from 4 – 7pm. At 7pm there will be an open question and answer session.
Dr. Stone says: “We hope that by offering the chance for anyone to come in for a chat that we will be able to meet as many people as possible during the afternoon and evening of the 29th. Everyone is welcome to come and discuss any aspect of the Authority’s work and Members and staff will be on hand to answer questions.
“People can also ask us questions via our website or by email: info@exmoor-nationalpark.gov.uk and we will be pleased to answer queries.”
After extensive consultation, the Authority is currently drafting the Partnership Plan for Exmoor and the Open Meeting will be a chance for people to discuss the Authority’s future priorities.
