Local Government Transparency Code
To promote openness and transparency, the UK government recommends that local authorities publish specific key datasets. These are listed in the Department for Communities and Local Government's (DCLG) Local Government Transparency Code 2014.
The following tables belowset out links to the mandatory data and information that the Authority is required to publish quarterly, annually and only once. As this is a new requirement, and some information is annual, not all of the information is currently available. This page will be updated.
All of the information included in the Inventory of Data can be used and re-used under the terms of the Open Government Licence, published by the National Archive - please familiarise yourself with the terms of the licence before re-using any of the data.
Meeting Agendas and Reports
You will find details of Authority Meetings, agendas, minutes and the associated reports online. Other key documents are also accessible online, such as the Authority Business Plan, Partnership Plan and other key strategic documents. You can find information about current and past Planning Applications on our Planning Portal

If the information you want is not already published, please send your request to firstname.lastname@example.org detailing the information you would like and in what format. We will do our best to provide you with any information you ask for, provided there is no restriction on disclosing it.
When we receive your request:
- we may contact you to clarify some details
- if we already publish the information, we will tell you how to find it
- if we hold the information, we will try to provide it in your preferred format within 20 working days
- if it’s a large search and copy request we may request additional time to process it or charge a fee to cover costs; we will tell you how much it is so you can choose whether you want to continue
- if we can’t provide all or part of the information you’ve requested, we will explain why.
If you are unhappy with a refusal to disclose information, we can review your request internally first. If you are still unhappy you can contact the Information Commissioner.
