LYNMOUTH PAVILION PROJECT 

Exmoor National Park Authority is developing the Lynmouth Pavilion into a high class information and interpretation centre.  Two exciting opportunities have arisen to work with key partners to develop and facilitate community and visitor resources and engagement.  Both posts are Heritage Lottery Funded 3 year fixed term contracts and will be based at Lynmouth.  The postholders will be required to work flexibly to meet the requirements of the project.  This will include some evening and weekend working.

HERITAGE OFFICER
3 Year Fixed Term Contract

 37 hours per week - Grade F: £22,958-£26,276 per annum

This post will work with Exmoor National Park Authority, the local community and other key partners to lead and manage the Lynmouth Pavilion Project, and to deliver a range of innovative heritage projects to help more people enjoy, learn about, look after and celebrate Exmoor 

You will need to be highly organised with effective planning skills and have experience of managing projects and events, engaging communities and delivering interpretation and engagement programmes.


VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR
3 Year Fixed Term Contract
 18.5 hours per week - Grade D:
£16,830 to £19,126 per annum pro rata

This post will work with the Heritage Officer to ensure that the project is delivered successfully, with particular emphasis on enabling and supporting a wide range of volunteers through events and resources that engage, inspire and excite people of all ages and backgrounds.  

You will need to have excellent communication skills, with experience of working with volunteers and community projects and organising and delivering events.
