The Members of the Exmoor Consultative Forum

A meeting of the Exmoor Consultative Forum will be held in the Committee Room, Exmoor House, Dulverton, on Wednesday 11 June 2003 at 6.30 pm (a buffet will be available).

The meeting will be open to the press and public subject to the passing of any resolution under s.100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972.

  3. Public Question Time: The Chairman will allow members of the general public to ask questions or make statements on the Agenda for this meeting.
    (NB. (1) This public question time facility is for members of the general public only and not Consultative Forum members. (2) No separate items have been raised by Forum members for this meeting)
  4. Future Development Proposals at Wimbleball Lake: Julia Moysey, South West Lakes Trust to provide a verbal update on the proposals.
  5. Traffic Speed Management on Exmoor: To consider a report by Martin Evans, the Authority’s Head of Recreation and Tourism (Paper A (PDF, 85kb)).
  6. Sustainable Development Fund: There will be a verbal update on this Fund.
  7. Access Maps for Exmoor National Park: There will be a verbal report on the draft Access Maps for Exmoor.
  8. Ordnance Survey Explorer Map for Exmoor: Martin Evans, the Authority’s Head of Recreation and Tourism, to give a verbal report on the proposed removal of the National Park’s boundaries from the Explorer Map.
  9. Exmoor National Park Achievements and Priorities: Nigel Stone, the National Park Officer to give a presentation on last year’s achievements and this year’s priorities.
  10. Any Other Business of Urgency: (NB. Any Other Business items must be urgent matters and should be notified to the Chairman [Steven Pugsley for this meeting] prior to the meeting commencing)
