- Membership: To note the membership changes to the Consultative Forum as described in the attached report (Paper A (PDF, 14kb)).

- Humphrey Temperley, Chairman of the Malcolm MacEwen Trust to report on its work.
- Access to open countryside legislation – position statement – item requested by the Exmoor Society.
- An Economic Statement for Exmoor: Chris France, the Authority’s Head of Planning and Community to outline the content of this Statement.
- ‘The Big Map’ (A range of ideas for practical projects to conserve and enhance the environment of the National Park): There will be a workshop session on this topic.
- Exmoor National Park Achievements and Priorities: Charles Burrows, the Authority’s Head of Business Management to provide details of last year’s achievements and this year’s priorities.
- Rural Housing Enabler Project: Trudy Robinson, the Rural Housing Enabler to outline her work to promote affordable housing on Exmoor and the rural areas of North Devon and West Somerset.
