A Special Meeting of the Exmoor National Park Authority will be held in the Committee Room,Exmoor House, Dulverton, on Tuesday 24 October 2006 at 10.30 am.

The meeting will be open to the press and public subject to the passing of any resolution under s.100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972.

To consider passing a resolution pursuant to Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act, 1972 that the press and public be excluded from the meeting for item 4  below on the grounds that publicity would be prejudicial to the public interest by reason of the confidential of the business arising and that the following information will be considered which is exempt information as presented in Schedule 12A of the Act (as amended):-
