The Exmoor Sustainable Development Fund is available to any individuals, groups or businesses with ideas for projects that will benefit the Exmoor National Park area.
These projects should show new and innovative ways of living and working across Exmoor and preferably involve young people. Applicants do not need to be located within the National Park.
No grants or loans can be approved unless a project proposal
-clearly furthers one or both of the National Park Purposes,
-demonstrates that other sources of funding have been sought,
-will work in partnership with local communities and/or businesses, and
-will enable others to learn from your project.
The Fund receives money from both DEFRA & the SW RDA and is administered by the National Park Authority. The Fund is open for applications until March 2008.
On the following pages, you can read the Guidance, Application Forms and about the Advisory Panel and also the dozens of projects that have been awarded grants or loans since 2002.
