Building Control
Where there has been an identified breach of planning or listed building control, and it has been necessary to serve a Notice to rectify that breach, the Notice is placed on the Enforcement Register. The Register includes Enforcement Notices, Listed Building Enforcement Notices, Stop Notices, Temporary Stop Notices and Breach of Condition Notices. Once a Notice has been served it remains on the Register until is it officially removed.
This web page provides a facility to search the Enforcement Register for Notices served since 1st January 2000. It does not include the Register before that time and the National Park Authority are presently working to have the complete register placed on line.
To view information relating to any planning or listed building control please type in any case number, address of breach, description of breach, parish, county, alleged breach, decision, received date or resolved date.
This search facility is not intended as a substitute for a Local Authority Search and does not detail whether a Notice has been complied with. If you wish to discuss the details of a Notice and compliance please e-mail the National Park Authority on plan@exmoor-nationalpark.gov.uk and we will seek to answer that specific inquiry. 3xm00r
