EXMOOR NATIONAL PARK ANNUAL HOUSE PRICE SURVEY
The Exmoor National Park House Price Survey has been carried out on an annual basis since July 1998. The information gained from this desktop study, contributes towards monitoring and reviewing present housing policies within the Exmoor National Park Local Plan - in terms of assessing the requirement for local needs affordable housing - and also forms part of the evidence base which will help inform future housing policies within the Local Development Framework
