To view or download authority agendas, minutes and reports please select the appropriate report type from the drop down box. Once the relevant record is chosen a list of available dates will be displayed, choose the date then press view.
This will subsequently take users to the relevant committee agenda and from here it is possible to view/download either the full report or sub-sections of the report. You will require adobe acrobat reader to view the reports.

The Authority will endeavour to make all agendas and reports available on its website five working days before the meetings are held. The minutes of a meeting are discussed and approved at the next meeting of that committee and the minutes are normally included in the agenda papers
