A Sustainable Future for Exmoor?

“Let us have your views” is what Exmoor National Park Authority is saying following the recent production of a consultation draft of ‘A Sustainable Future for Exmoor’ - Exmoor National Park’s Management Plan 2007-2012.

A review of the Management Plan was launched at a special event attended by HRH The Princess Royal earlier this year. Following initial discussions with local community groups, partner organisations and stakeholders, a series of events was held in villages across Exmoor from which a Consultation Draft of the Plan has been produced.

National Park Authority chief executive Dr Nigel Stone says: “The list of things we would like to do far outweighs our resources so we would like to hear from as many people as possible as to what they feel is important for the future of Exmoor. “
