Who gives a Tapas about CareMoor for Exmoor?

CareMoor for Exmoor, Exmoor National Park Authority's environmental support scheme, is to benefit when Peta Hodge and Paul Rainford from Exmoor House, Wheddon Cross are open their dining room at lunch times during the Exmoor Food Festival.

From Monday 9th to Wednesday 11th October, between 12:30pm and 1:30pm, diners can sample a two course tapas style meal made up of the dishes for which Exmoor House is renowned. Costing £10 for two courses, £1 from each meal sold will go to Booking is essential on 01643 841432.

Peta said "This event offers the opportunity to try a range of different Exmoor tastes. Think tapas, but Exmoor style."

CareMoor for Exmoor raises funds through local businesses using various methods such as collecting boxes, sponsorship, donations, percentage from sales of tickets or items as well as proceeds from events. Money raised is used to fund projects under the themes of Conservation, Archaeology, Rights of way, and Enjoyment across Exmoor. Sally Parish, CareMoor for Exmoor co-ordinator said "This is a brilliant way to promote the Exmoor Food Festival, CareMoor for Exmoor and Exmoor House whilst giving people what they want - good food from the heart of Exmoor".
