Simonsbath Sawmill Open Day
Come and see the historic, water-powered sawmill at Simonsbath in the heart of the National Park. "Drop in" tours available all day. No booking necessary but it is advisable to ring the mill on 01392 860895 (between 10am & 4pm on the day) before you set off. Park in the public car park at Ashcombe and walk 500 metres to the mill. Take special care on this busy road! Recommended route through the meadown at SS77353915. Arrangments can be made for people with disabilities (ring 01392 860895 between 10am & 4pm on the day). Public toilets at public car park. Level, easyy walking but may be uneven. Cafe, Inn and Hotel available in the village but do check opening times especially in the winter months.
