This one-year fixed term post is supported by West Somerset Opportunities Area and will deliver and signpost nature-based interventions to benefit people’s physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing, supporting and enabling a broad range of people to access and enjoy Exmoor's environment. Working in partnership with health and social care professionals and environmental organisations, the role aims to bring the health and wellbeing benefits of engaging with nature within targeted communities. The post holder must be educated to degree level or equivalent, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and understand the potential physical health and mental health wellbeing gains offered by the environment.
