Foraging & Spring Sample Menu
Date: 2nd Apr 2022 11:00 am - 3:30 pm
Join wild forager Liz, Moor Wild Experiences, in collaboration with Chef Ben Ogden at the Exmoor Forest Inn for an exclusively tasty spring forage experience and sample menu in the heart of Exmoor National Park.
Starting with a stroll along the glistening River Barle and surrounding woodlands with Liz, you'll learn about and taste spring wild edibles, including wild garlic and sorrels, followed by a hedgerow pesto demonstration and tasting. Complete your experience in the cosy Exmoor Forest Inn with a scrumptious 3 course sample menu created by in-house chef Ben Ogden, including foraged wild sauces, salads and fresh produce from the Inn's own Duredon Farm, whilst sipping specially made cocktails at the Exmoor Forest Inn. What better way to taste Exmoor!
