Reinis Zarins piano recital

As part of the Music@Wellhayes series of concert, Latvian pianist Reinis Zarins will perform an outstanding programme of virtuoso piano music. Since his concerto debut at the age of ten, Reinis has performed as a recitalist, chamber musician and concerto soloist throughout Europe and North America. He made his debut with the London Philharmonic Orchestra in Rachmaninov’s Second Piano concerto in 2019. Reinis Zarins regularly performs in his native Latvia and has won the country’s Grand Music Award three times in the category “Outstanding interpretation”. The programme will be: J.C.F. Fischer — Chaconne Beethoven (arr Liszt) — Alegretto from Symphony No 7 Brahms — 7 pieces ———– Pelēcis — Flowering Jasmine Liszt — Sonata in B minor
