Find your Exmoor' at our Exmoor National Park Centres, the ideal place to find out more about discovering and exploring the National Park.
Knowledgeable, friendly staff (our Exmoor experts) are always here to help, guide and give bespoke advice, making the most of your time on Exmoor.
Our National Park Centres are conveniently located for visitors to the National Park and can be found in Dulverton, Dunster and Lynmouth. The Centres are open 7 days a week 10am - 5pm in summer but click please click on the links for winter hours.

Entry is FREE to all National Park Centres.

Many of our products are also available to purchase online allowing you to plan ahead or to purchase a forgotten souvenir from home.
Hire a telescope to explore Exmoor's amazing dark skies?
Telescopes can be hired from the 3 Exmoor National Park Centres (Dulverton, Dunster and Lynmouth) which you then take out yourself onto Exmoor to see the stars. £25.00 cost of hire for a night, £10.00 cost for any additional nights, £100 deposit (which is refunded). We are currently implementing a 72 hour period between hire in order to clean and isolate the equipment due to the Corona Virus. Contact your nearest Centre to book in advance.
The BIG Exmoor Quiz Trail & Park Protector Awards
Discover and explore Exmoor through the BIG Exmoor quiz trail - there are 25 questions located across the National Park - choose which order you seek the answers and navigate your own way, whilst exploring the diversity and beauty of Exmoor. Download the quiz sheet here (PDF) or pick up a copy from our National Park Centres (where you maybe able to get a clue if needed and get your answers checked to gain your certificate. A great adventure for all the family.
Young people can earn their Park Protector Award - gaining a free certificate and sticker. A medal is also available for £2. Complete any 8 of the 12 suggested challenges listed (either download and print the challenge (PDF) of pick up a free copy of the annual free 'Exmoor' newspaper) and return your form to any National Park Centre to claim your award.
