Sauna and song are both ancient forms of connection and communion - with self, nature, spirit, and each other. In our Sing & Sauna sessions, set in an earthy Exmoor valley, the elements are close and the songs are simple, fun and uplifting. No experience or skills are required! We start by singing round an outdoor fire, before moving into the delicious heat of the wood barrel sauna. We relax and acclimatise, take a cold water plunge (if desired), and then join voices again in the delightful acoustics and ambience of the sauna.
