(Tree Preservation)(England) Regulations 2012
The Exmoor National Park Authority – Land West of Holman Park,
Lynton Tree Preservation Order 2020 – F14/5/61
Notice is hereby given that on 29th April 2020 the Authority made the above Tree Preservation Order. Its effect is to prevent the felling, topping and lopping of the trees on the above land. The order has provisional effect immediately, but the Authority will decide after a period allowed for objections and comments whether the order should be made permanent. Interested parties have until 29th May 2020 to submit objections or comments.
They should be sent to Graeme McVittie, Exmoor National Park Authority, Exmoor House, Dulverton, TA22 9HL.
A copy of the order may be inspected at Exmoor House, Dulverton during usual office hours. All letters of representation are open to public inspection.
