Local Development Scheme
The Local Development Scheme (LDS) is a timetable or simplified project management tool for the production of local development documents including Local Plans. The current LDS was agreed by members on 3 December 2019.
The LDS sets out the key milestones for the Local Plan, which covers the Exmoor National Park local planning authority area and incorporates both strategic policies and more detailed development management policies. It also sets out the supplementary planning documents that are proposed.
