Commercial Agreements

The National Park Authority is pleased to work with a number of local businesses which use its land, by agreement, for commercial purposes.

Mobile Catering Concessions 2025/26

We are currently welcoming applications for those wishing to operate a mobile catering outlet from selected Exmoor National Park Authority car parks.  There are 5 sites available and 3 licence options are available at each site for all day or a split for daytime and early evenings.

Update 12 March 2025 - subject to contract licences for Blackmoor Gate (daytime) and Valley of rocks are now taken. following the initial deadline of 4 March. We  still have opportunities at Blackmoor Gate (early eve only), Goat Hill Bridge , Haddon Hill, and North Hill (Minehead). Completed applications to be submitted to ruralenterprise@exmoor-nationalpark.gov.uk. You can also email us to express an interest in future opportunities.
