Our Values

During 2024, the Authority reviewed and updated its values as they had been in place for some time and were not a reflection of the organisation we had become.  Our culture and the way we work changed, particularly post Covid – we wanted our values to reflect these and provide a clearer definition of what is important to us and how we demonstrate this.

The review was a collaborative effort through staff and Member surveys, staff workshops and group discussions, and everyone was fully engaged in this work.

We feel that now our values truly reflect our culture now and describe what is important to us, how we work, what is expected from our staff and Members and what you can expect from us.
