Parish Housing Need Surveys

Parish housing need surveys have been undertaken for most parishes (or groups of parishes) in the National Park. The surveys analyse local affordable housing need within the parishes and make a recommendation for affordable housing provision. The current list includes all reports prepared since 2002. Such reports are generally considered to be up to date for five years. The most up to date report should be used where more than one report is shown for a parish or group of parishes. Where more than one report is available for a parish or group of parishes, the most recent report is available below, with older versions listed separately in the archived menu towards the bottom of this page.

Somerset

During 2014 the Rural Housing Project co-ordinated a housing needs and aspirations survey to find out more about the housing needs of people registered for housing in the rural areas of West Somerset (including Exmoor National Park). The report was produced with assistance from the Policy, Performance and Research team at Magna Housing Group. Rural Housing Need Report - February 2015
