Pay with Exmoor Care

Small Acts, BIG Impact...

In the summer of 2026 we piloted a new approach to reward those who choose to make a positive impact while enjoying our National Park.

Thank you to everyone that took part, doing a good deed for Exmoor and helping leave it a better place.  You can watch a BBC News report on the scheme to learn more. We're evaluating the pilot and making plans for the future - come back soon for further details.

Getting involved was as easy as 1,2,3!

  1. Choose your activity (see below)
  2. Complete your activity
  3. Claim your reward

Caring is Exmoor's new currency

For the pilot scheme participants could choose which of the four actions below they completed to earn a reward of 20% off at Exmoor National Park Centres. While the scheme has currently finished you are still welcome to complete the suggested actions and leave a positive impact on Exmoor.

  • 2-minute litter pick

Help keep Exmoor clean and tidy. Show us a photo of your picked litter by a 2-minute litter pick board within or around Exmoor.
  • Look Wild

Download the iNaturalist app, record 3 species of plant or animal within Exmoor National Park to add to our knowledge bank. Show us your submissions at an Exmoor National Park Centre.
  • ShareMoor CareMoor

Share a post about your love and appreciation for Exmoor National Park on social media to encourage others to care for this precious place too. Tag us @ExmoorNP and show us your post in a National Park Centre.
  • CarFree, CareFree

Arrive at one of our National Park Centres on bike, or by public transport (showing us a valid ticket for the same day).

Copenhagen launched a very successful scheme a couple of years ago and now run CopenPay year-round and are supporting other destinations to follow in their footsteps.

The context of running such a scheme in a large city vs a rural National Park means we've developed something more suitable for Exmoor.

There are lots of ways you can support this special landscape - just a few ideas include:
