Hours: 37 hours per week (part-time hours considered)
Contract: 2.5-year fixed term
Salary: £32,597 to £36,363 per annum (pro-rata if part time)
Based at Exmoor House, Dulverton, with a mix of office, on-site and home working

The Exmoor National Park Authority owns an extensive and varied estate comprising 4,671 hectares of land (11,500 acres) and around 70 properties. These properties range from our Listed HQ at Exmoor House to a WWII radar station. Much of this land is iconic Exmoor, featuring moorlands, woodlands, rivers and coastlines that contribute significantly to the region's beauty and identity.
This role will help us to care for and conserve our precious places while also seizing opportunities to prepare the land for a changing future. Each day will bring different yet rewarding challenges, providing a role that is both dynamic and fulfilling.
The Estate Ranger will play a crucial supporting role within our small but dedicated Estates Team. The officer will support the management of the estate and delivery of our Estates Strategy, as well as helping to shape its future. A strong part of the role is to act as an ambassador for the estate.
