Meet mountain leaders Nick and Unity for a guided hike with of around 2 hours along old drovers ways, across fields and into hidden ancient wooded valleys. We will have time to breathe, to watch and observe Spring unfurling, embrace the sights and sounds of the awakening moor. On the way we will pause for lunch and a drink before returning to East Liscombe Farm.

Here the sauna awaits, to ease tired muscles and melt away tensions. A plunge bath or cold shower is available to cool off between sauna steamings, but there is also a natural jacuzzi stream a few metres away.
