Come and find out more about the world famous Lynton & Barnstaple Railway, how it worked and how it’s being restored. We’ll have volunteers on-hand and some special artefacts from the original line so you can learn about the little steam trains and re-live history.  This interactive talk launches our exhibition on the history of the railway running from 6^th April to the 21^st May 2026 at the Exmoor National Park Centre in Lynmouth. A 2hr guided walk around a village steeped in history, starting from the National Park Centre Dunster.
Accessibility: The walk route includes some gentle inclines around the village lanes and passes over some uneven ground towards the end of the route.
