Summer at Wimbleball Lake

Wimbleball Lake is the perfect place to visit this summer! Enjoy an unforgettable family adventure, jam-packed with new experiences.
We have an action-packed activity programme suitable for all ages and abilities. Activities include paddleboarding, kayaking, canoeing, sailing, high ropes and eFoiling.
Or go the whole hog and sign up for children's Multi-Activity Week to enjoy a whole range of different activities!
We are also running a variety of two-day RYA sailing courses for children and adults.
Hire watersports equipment, launch your own kit or learn something new by taking part in a bespoke instructor-led session.
Wimbleball is also a place where you can relax and observe the resident wildlife, somewhere to stretch your legs and embrace a moment of calm or a scenic retreat where you can enjoy a well-deserved café treat.

Rockpooling with the Rangers

...and seashore activities in the Lynmouth National Park Centre.
Join Exmoor National Park Rangers in the rockpools of Lynmouth. Together we will search for chitons, crabs, sea anemones and find out more about the amazing wildlife that lives on the seashore. Meet at Lynmouth seafront for rockpooling  from 11am to 1pm. Seashore activities will  take place in the Lynmouth National Park  Centre from 12pm to 2:30pm.
The rockpooling site is very exposed so please dress for the weather. Water shoes or wellies encouraged. Nets, buckets and knowledge provided. Attendance is free but if you would like to donate to CareMoor you can do so at Lynmouth National Park Centre opposite.
