Gifts from the Autumn Hedgerow
Join garden designer and horticulturist Rosie Treharne for a welcoming, practical workshop exploring some of the familiar plants and fruits found in Exmoor’s autumn hedgerows.
Discover their traditional culinary uses, seasonal stories and importance to wildlife. Enjoy tastings of rosehip and elderberry syrups, learn how hedgerow fruits can be transformed into fruit leather, and create your own dried botanical tea blend to take home.
No previous experience is needed. All materials, tastings and seasonal refreshments are included.
