keziah@secretsauna.orgDip Dine and Divine vibes
On the high reaches of the River Exe, above Exford, a tiny tributary of the river feeds a pond before it drops into the valley to continue its journey. Here, surrounded by wildlife, we will slip into the water to be revived by Nature herself, washing away the outside world. Exiting the water before anyone is too cold, we will warm up with hearty food, either Traditionally reared beef chilli or a vegan version, before settling down for a Gong Bath. Accomplished Gong practitioner Megan Players will soothe away stress or stagnation in a farm shelter for an hour's practice (you do nothing but lie back and enjoy), before we send you off filled with Dark Skies Goodness! £60
Call or email to check availability before booking. Not suitable for novice swimmers.
